CMB Coaching & Training was founded in 2020 by Ciarán McBreen, who recognised a growing need for meaningful support among professionals who felt lost in their careers and disconnected from their purpose. Having studied leadership at a profound level during his Master’s in Leadership and Coaching, and having observed a wide range of leadership styles in practice, Ciarán saw the opportunity to create something different — a place where individuals and organisations could be empowered to unlock their potential and step into the best version of themselves.
What began as a vision has grown into a movement that now spans the Middle East, the UK, and Ireland. Alongside a team of dedicated associates across the globe, CMB Coaching & Training continues to inspire change and create impact by delivering workshops, coaching programmes, and development initiatives that go beyond skills — they ignite belief, resilience, and purpose.
